There's something about lipstick that just makes me feel totally awesome. I have no idea what it is, but I have all sorts of shades and always feel awesome when I wear it!

Last night, completely bored, I was goofing around and put on some red (since I never wear it in "real life" as it's way too high-maintenance and I am not into having to reapply and fix lipstick all day long, and red is the absolute worst about that!) and felt super glam.
Tonight, inspired by last night, I put on some purple...

and the glam party from last night is continued. Makeup is the best kind of magic, really, and can make a totally dull night feel much more important :)

DeleteYou look great! I can never quite get used to wearing lipstick, so far the only time I have ever worn it is on my wedding day. And even then it felt really strange and unnatural! Haha.
ReplyDeleteAw thank you! It took me a bit to get used to it, too, now it's either that or lip balm for me :D I guess I can blame years of having to wear it in this choir I was in! :D
